Raw materials and supply chain

We use few base ingredients for our bread: flour, water, yeast and salt. A short label is a first, important sign of quality and authenticity

For our products, we use only high quality raw materials, 100% Italian, GMO free, local and often certified organic.

The addition of local specialties (e.g., Tuscan Verna flour from stone ground ancient grains, or extra virgin olive oil from Colli Euganei) let us express the ancient tastes of the Italian tradition, enhancing them.

We always prefer Italian suppliers, possibly local, for the supplying of 100% Italian excellent raw materials. We do our best to build a personal, respectful and trusting relationship with our suppliers. We are proud to say that most of them are historic suppliers.
